My parents co-owned an independent insurance agency for over three decades. I went the tech route, spent years building complex operational systems, and eventually brought the two worlds together.

I built Shirer Automation because I watched how much of the workday gets eaten by manual data entry, missed calls, and administrative work in businesses like theirs. Hours that should be spent with customers and growing the business, gone to busywork.
